They may be eaten both with the bowl of yummy soup or a glass of cold milk. You may add all your favourite herbs, you may find in the fridge.

Instructions:
  1. Mix warm water with sugar until it melts. Add dry yeast. Cover the bowl with the towel and leave it for 15 minutes.
  2. Wash and chop thyme and rosemary.
  3. Grate hard cheese. Sift the flour through the sieve. Add grated cheese and herbs. Mix everything well.
  4. Add yeast, mixed with water. Break one egg into the bowl and mix the dough.
  5. You also need to add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  6. Leave the dough for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile you`ll need to preheat the oven to 400 F.
  7. Form bread sticks. Roll each one in sesame seeds.
  8. Put these sticks on the tray, covered with baking paper. Cook them for 10-15 minutes.

These fragrant sticks may be eaten with your favourite sauce. Bon Appetite!
