Instructions:
  1. Cook fragrant butter. Melt it in the warm room. Add grated orange zest and spices.
  2. Cut the bun or bread into thin slices. Cover each slice with this fragrant butter. Use the leftovers to cover the bottom of the form.
  3. Whip yolks with the sugar. Heat milk with cream. Do not boil it. Slowly mix egg mass with the creamy one. Take it off the pan. Add vanilla. Dip each slice of the bread into this mass and form a pie.
  4. Cover the rest of this mass with the milk mass and leave it for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 356 F and cook the dish for 35 minutes.
  6. Preheat orange jam in the pan. Later you`ll need to cover the layer of the bread with this warm jam. Continue cooking everything for 10 more minutes.
