Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 356 F. Cover the form with baking paper. Crash cookies, using food processor or blender. Mix these crumbs with melted butter.
  2. Form the thin layer of the “dough” and bake it for 10 minutes. Take the form out of the oven and leave it to cool down.
  3. Add 1/3 of the whole berries into the pan. Add 3 tablespoons of water, lime zest and 2/3 of sugar. Cook everything for 2 minutes. Leave it to cool down. Add juice of 2 lemons into the small pan.
  4. Mix the filling. Combine whipped cottage cheese with cream, sugar, lemon juice and zest. Mix gelatin with 3 tablespoons of cold water. Leave it for several minutes. Then melt it in the microwave oven or on the water bath. Combine these masses and whip everything well.
  5. Mix cold berries with this creamy mass and put it on the top of the oatmeal dough. Leave this cake for 4 hours.
  6. Meanwhile heat juice for 2-3 minutes until it turns into syrup. Add the rest of fresh berries and leave it to cool down.

Finally, you need to cover yummy dessert with this syrup and decorate it with berries. Bon Appetite!
