Simple Grilled Sandwich with Arugula and Tomatoes

Fresh arugula

Instructions:
  1. Preheat a frying pan and start cooking slices of bacon on slow heat. Drain any extra fat from the pan. You may use it later for cooking other interesting dishes.
  2. Put the bacon on paper towels to soak up the excess oil.
  3. Get down to making sandwiches. Grill the slices of bread. Put the bacon on the bottom of the grilled bread. Add sliced tomatoes and fresh arugula. Roll these into sandwich wraps.

Your delicious party sandwiches are ready. You may serve them as a perfect breakfast or make them into a take-away dinner. Bon Appetit!
