Instructions:
  1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 F. In the meantime salt and pepper chicken.
  2. Melt butter and mix it with the oil. Pour everything into the air fryer. Cook the chicken for 10 minutes. Transfer it onto a plate and set it aside.
  3. Now it’s time to cook vegetables. Reduce the heat and cook grated carrot, diced onion and minced garlic. Stir everything for five minutes.
  4. Add chicken into the air fryer again. Bake this dish for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Serve this meal, cooked in the air fryer, decorated with chopped parsley.

 Keep in mind that the cooking time depends on the part of chicken that you are using.

 If you’re using chicken drumsticks, it will take 30 minutes to prepare them. For them to be soft and tender, reduce the heat to 180 F. Otherwise the dish will not be tasty. Chicken breasts are cooked quicker. To prepare delicious chicken breasts, reduce heat to 165 F and cook them for 25 minutes.
