Instructions:
  1. Crush chocolate into small pieces. Melt it on the water bath and mix with the hot cream.
  2. Mix this chocolate mass until it`s smooth. At the end add rum or any other fragrant alcohol drink. Mix everything one more time.
  3. Wait until this mass is warm and put it into the fridge for 40 minutes.
  4. It will become elastic. So, you may get down to forming small chocolate balls.
  5. Put them on the tray, covered with the baking paper and leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  6. Later dust them with cocoa powder!

Your divine cocoa truffles are ready. You may storage them in the fridge in a plastic pack.
