Instructions:
  1. Crush the chocolate into small pieces. Melt it over a water bath and mix with the hot cream.
  2. Mix this chocolate mass until it`s smooth. Next, add rum or any other fragrant alcoholic drink. Mix everything one more time.
  3. Wait until the mass cools down and place it in the fridge for 40 minutes.
  4. It will become elastic. At this point, you can get down to forming small chocolate balls.
  5. Put them on the tray, covered with the baking paper and leave them in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  6. Finally, dust them with cocoa powder!

Your divine cocoa truffles are ready. You can easily store them in the fridge in a plastic container.
