Instructions:
  1. Beef stir-fry, including the sauce, can be made in just a few minutes. Wash the beef carefully and cut it into thin pieces. Add water and stew everything until the liquid disappears. Add water and repeat the process one more time.
  2. Wash the mushrooms carefully. Add them into the pot with the beef, mix everything one more time. Add olive oil and stew everything for 5 minutes.
  3. Cut the carrot into circles. Peel the onion and cut it into half-rings. Cut green beans into smaller pieces. Add veggies into the pan as well.
  4. Add soy sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix everything carefully and leave for 5-7 minutes. If you like, you may add freshly chopped herbs.
