Instructions:
  1. Peel the onion and wash it well. Put it on the cutting board. Cut it in two. Then you need to cut each half one more time. Slice it into thin strips. Put onion into clean plate.
  2. Put eggs into the small pan. Add water for it to cover the eggs. Put it on the oven. Boil it and slow down the fire and cook hard-boiled eggs for 7-10 minutes. Turn off the fire and pour cold water into the pan. Leave them in the pan with water for 2 minutes.
  3. Now peel eggs and wash them. Put eggs on the cutting board as well. Cut them into small cubes and put into the separate bowl.
  4. Wash champignons and put them on the paper towel in order to get rid of extra water. Now chop them on the cutting board and put into the clean bowl.
  5. I recommend you to use mozzarella cheese for cooking this dish as it`s creamy and a bit salty. One more plus is that it easily melts. So, it can unite all the ingredients. One more plus of this cheese is that it`s rich on vitamins, micro- and macro elements. Therefore, you need to unpack it and grate cheese into the separate plate.
  6. When the onion is ready, add mushrooms into the pan. You need to continue stirring vegetables until the liquid disappears It will take about 10-15 minutes. When champignons are brown, turn off the fire and leave fried veggies to cool down.
  7. Put fried vegetables into the bowl. Add boiled eggs and grated mozzarella cheese. Salt and pepper this mass and mix all the ingredients well.
  8. Wash beef and wipe it, using paper towels. Cut into pieces, each one should be about 0,3 inches. If you think, that it will be difficult for you to form a roll, cut a piece of meat across for it to look like an opened book.
  9. Salt and pepper each piece of meat from both sides. You may tenderise each piece. In such a way, you`ll make a piece of meat thinner and more tender.
  10. When meat and the filling are ready, you may get down to forming rolls. Use tablespoon to fill beef with cheese mass. Form a tight roll.
  11. For the rolls not to fall apart while cooking, stick it using 2-3 toothpicks. You may also use a thread. Put rolls on the plate.
  12. Now you may get down to the most interesting part of work. Put the frying pan on the oven and pour a bit of oil in it. When oil starts boiling, put rolls into the pan and fry them until there is golden crust. Cook them from one side, get rid of the toothpick, turn it over and continue cooking.
  13. Use wooden spatula to put rolls into the tray. Pour water into the pan, trying to fill empty spaces. Then cover them with the cream. If you like, you may add salt and pepper. Put the tray and bake rolls at 356-374 degrees for 30 minutes.

In a half an hour, turn off the fire and take the tray out of the oven.
