  1. Prepare beans. Fill the pan with broth.
  2. Add 1-2 l. of water into it.
  3. Boil it. Then add beans into the bowl. Slow down the fire. Cook beans for 30-40 minutes.
  4. While beans are being cooked, prepare the rest of ingredients. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
  5. Peel carrot and grate it.
  6. Peel and chop onion.
  7. Preheat the pan and pour oil into it. Fry the onion and carrot.
  8. Salt vegetables. You may add some other spices if you like.
  9. Add tomato sauce. Mix everything well and slow down the fire. Stew vegetables for 10 minutes.
  10. When beans are almost ready, add potato and cook vegetables for 10-15 minutes.
  11. Then add fried veggies. Cook for 10 more minutes.
  12. Together with fried veggies you need to add chopped greens.

Your soup is ready. Serve it with bread and enjoy your meal!
