For cooking cream soup you`ll need to use sift beans. Soak them beforehand in the water and leave for several hours or even for the whole night.
Next morning strain the water and prepare the rest of ingredients. Cut potato into big cubes. Chop carrot and onion. Peel pepper into thin slices.
Boil 1 l of water in the pan. Add salt and all the vegetables together with beans.
