  1. Divide pork ribs into 4 portions. Rub them with salt and grind pepper, lubricate with vegetable oil and fry. You may use gas grill or frying pan for this purpose.
  2. Put all the ribs into the pan. Add peppercorns and garlic. Mix barbecue sauce and water in the separate bowl. Pour this mixture on the top of meat. Cover the pan with the lid and cook on the slow fire. You may stew ribs for an hour of even longer. At the end, meat should easily slide off the bones.
  3. Take ribs out of the pan and get rid of fat layer.
  4. Add barbecue sauce to the leftovers of the marinade and boil until it becomes thick.
  5. Preheat oven to 356 degrees. Lubricate the ribs with sauce and put them into the oven.
