  1. Start cooking this easy dessert by preheating the oven to 350 F. Take a small saucepan and mix cold milk with sugar, cornstarch and salt. Bring this liquid to boil, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat after 5 minutes.
  2. Leave everything to cool down. When the mass is cold, mix 0.25 of this liquid with 3 egg yolks.
  3. Add the rest of the milk and whisk everything one more time. When the mass is smooth, transfer the pan to the stove again and cook everything until this mass is smooth and pudding-like. It will take about 3 minutes.
  4. Now turn off the heat. Add vanilla and soft butter. Mix everything carefully.
  5. Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
  6. Take prepared pie crust. Fill it with the fragrant pudding and cover your quick dessert with the slices of banana.
  7. Cool your pie in the fridge for 3 hours. Add one more layer of delicious whipped cream and dust it with powdered sugar.
