Instructions:
  1. Mash ripe bananas, using a fork.
  2. Add a half of the milk and whipped egg white.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl.
  4. Sift the flour though the sieve. Add it into the bowl as well together with baking powder, salt and sugar.
  5. Add grated almond.
  6. Pour the rest of milk and a small amount of the vegetable oil into the bowl and mix all the ingredients one more time.
  7. Preheat the frying pan and start cooking pancakes.

Serve delicious banana dessert with the chocolate crumbs. Bon Appetite!
