Instructions:
  1. For cooking the pancakes you need to use flour, eggs, sugar, salt, sour cream, vanilla, butter and baking powder.
  2. Mix eggs with sugar, vanilla and sour cream.
  3. Add melted butter. Sift the flour and baking powder through the sieve. Add salt.
  4. Mix the dough until it`s smooth.
  5. Cover the pan with oil and fry thick pancakes.
  6. Cook them from both sides.
  7. Put all the pancakes on the plate.
  8. Now let`s get down to cooking yummy cream. Take milk, flour, eggs, vanilla, sugar, butter and bananas.
  9. Pour 0.5 cup of milk into the pot. Add eggs, flour and whip everything, using a whisk. Heat this mass, stirring everything constantly. Leave this cream to cool down.
  10. Mix soft butter with banana and cold custard, using a food processor.
  11. Form a cake, covering each layer with the tender cream.

Decorate the dessert with crashed cookies and crumbs. Leave it for 2 hours in the fridge. Bon Appetite!
