Baked White Fish En Papillote
This dish was the first thing I learned to cook as a wife. My husband liked it very much, so I saved this recipe and continue cooking fish in tinfoil again and again. You may use any kind of white fish. Still, I prefer to use cod.

Preheat the oven to 410 degrees. Cut off fish`s dorsal fin.
Cover the form with tinfoil. There should be big edges.
Put codfish into the middle of the form. Pour olive oil on it. Salt and pepper fish. Wash onion and garlic, but do not peel them. Put them near the fish.
Cover everything with the edges of the tinfoil. Bake it for 45 minutes. If your fish is too big, you may cook it longer.
This dish may be served with rice.
Pour fish juice on the top of this dish and call your family members to dinner. Yummy fish is best eaten hot.
