Instructions:
  1. If you want to cook fish cakes, you may use both fresh tuna and frozen one. If it was frozen, you need to leave it in the fridge overnight.
  2. Next morning strain extra liquid and wash fish carefully. Wipe it, using paper towels.
  3. Cut it into small pieces and mash it using a powerful blender.
  4. Now you need to prepare white bread. Leave it in the bowl with milk for 5 minutes.
  5. Chop onion and mix it with meat. Add mashed soft bread.
  6. Whisk an egg and add it to the bowl with minced meat.
  7. Melt butter and add it to the bowl with meat. This will help you to make your fish cakes juicy.
  8. When you`re done, form the cakes. Mix flour with breadcrumbs and dip each cake into the bowl with this mass. Cover the form with butter and transfer all the cakes to it.
  9. Bake them in the oven for a half an hour.

Serve yummy fish cakes immediately. It`s a good idea to top it with some light sauce.
