Instructions:
  1. Choose fresh hard tomatoes. Wash them carefully and cut off the top of each vegetable. Get rid of the red flesh. There should be 6 empty bowls with eatable “lids”.
  2. Grate hard cheese on the coarse grater. Cut black olives into thin slices. Be careful not to mash them.
  3. Mix these ingredients with the minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stuff each vegetable with this nutritious mass. Cover the bowls with the tops of the tomatoes. Put all of them on the tray, lubricated with the olive oil. Bake them for about 15 minutes at 392 F.
