Baked Pumpkin with Spices
I adore pumpkin for its being various. This ingredient may be used for cooking salads, soup, garnish or even desserts. Another plus is that it`s low-calorie. Today I`ll share with you the recipe of pumpkin baked with spices. This is a perfect garnish for meat and poultry.

Find a big pumpkin.
Cut it into halves and get rid of the seeds. Cut one half into thin slices. Another one you may leave and use later.
Mash sea salt with black pepper and zira. Use these spices to rub pumpkin slices from both sides. Fry them in the big pan, covered with the mixture of oil and butter. In this case, your dish will be more tender.
When the dish is half-ready, cover the tray with the baking paper and put slices on it.
Mix honey with lemon juice. You may use brown sugar instead of honey, Use silicone brush to cover the slices with this sweet mixture.
Bake them at 320 degrees for a half an hour.
