Baked Herring with Lemon

Today I recommend you to cook baked herring with the slices of lemon. This dish is very tasty and easy to cook. Herring isn`t too fat, but very yummy. One more plus of this dish is that it`s healthy for everyone.

Instructions:
  1. Peel fish.
  2. Mix mayonnaise with salt, pepper and spices.
  3. Rub fish with this simple sauce.
  4. Cut the top of the fish and fill these holes with lemon slices. Cover the herring with the tinfoil. Bake it in the oven, preheated to 392 F for 15 minutes.
  5. Unwrap the tinfoil and continue baking it for 10-15 minutes.

This tender fish taste and smells really gorgeous. Bon Appetite!

It turned out super tasty! so much as our family does not like baked onions, here everyone ate without a trace))
