Instructions:
  1. Take a big, deep bowl and mix 4 tablespoons of flour with the dry yeast and sugar in it.
  2. Mix all these dry ingredients. Add warm milk.
  3. Carefully mix these ingredients. Leave the dough in a warm place. I also recommend you cover the bowl with a towel.
  4. In 30 minutes you can continue working with the dough. During the wait, you have enough time to make the chocolate glazing. Mix milk with powdered sugar and heat it in the pan on a low heat. In several minutes add the slices of the chocolate. Continue stirring this mass until it’s smooth enough.
  5. Add butter into the hot mass. Mix all the ingredients carefully and leave the glazing in the warm place.
  6. Add whipped eggs and warm milk into the bowl with the dough.
  7. Knead this dough well and form a tight ball. Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  8. Flatten the dough and create classic donuts, using the cookie cutter if you wish. The process is very easy.
  9. Cover the baking tray with the paper and put all the donuts onto the tray. Put it into the oven, preheated to 356 F. Bake your donuts until they are ready.
  10. Take the tray out of the oven and leave the donuts to cool down.
  11. Dip each donut into the pot with the liquid chocolate glazing.
