Baked Chicken Legs

Wash chicken legs and wipe them, using a paper towel. Rub each leg with salt and pepper. Leave poultry for 10-20 minutes. Then you may get rid of the leftovers of spices.
Peel garlic and each clove into 2-3 pieces. Fry it in the pan with the vegetable oil.
Add the rest of spices into the pan.
Fry everything, stirring constantly for 10-20 seconds.
Leave this fragrant oil to cool down. Then you may add it into the pan with chicken legs.
Rub poultry with the fragrant oil and leave for 10-30 minutes.
Put these legs into the form or on the grid.
Bake poultry at 392 F for 35-50 minutes.
When poultry is ready, take the form out of the oven and leave it for 5-10 minutes.
