Baked Chicken Legs


Today I`ll teach you to cook baked chicken legs with spices and garlic.

This recipe will really amuse you. It`s simple and easy to cook. You may choose your favourite spices to cook something, you`ll really like.

  1. Wash chicken legs and wipe them, using a paper towel. Rub each leg with salt and pepper. Leave poultry for 10-20 minutes. Then you may get rid of the leftovers of spices.
  2. Peel garlic and each clove into 2-3 pieces. Fry it in the pan with the vegetable oil.
  3. Add the rest of spices into the pan.
  4. Fry everything, stirring constantly for 10-20 seconds.
  5. Leave this fragrant oil to cool down. Then you may add it into the pan with chicken legs.
  6. Rub poultry with the fragrant oil and leave for 10-30 minutes.
  7. Put these legs into the form or on the grid.
  8. Bake poultry at 392 F for 35-50 minutes.
  9. When poultry is ready, take the form out of the oven and leave it for 5-10 minutes.

Serve this dish with any sauce or vegetable garnish. Bon Appetite!
