Baked Avocado with Eggs and Cheese
This healthy dish is great for both usual meals and festive.

- Preheat the oven to 392 F.
- Wash avocado carefully and cut it in two. Get rid of the pit and form a hole in the fruit. Add cheese and spices. Put these small boats into the baking form.
- Separate yolks and whites. First, add whites. Add salt and pepper. Bake avocado for 10-15 minutes.
- Then you may add yolks. Add more salt and bake everything for 5 minutes.
