Instructions:
  1. Wash potatoes, using soft brush. Wipe them using paper towel and lubricate each one with vegetable oil. Cover each vegetable with the tinfoil. Bake it in the preheated oven for about an hour. Actually, the time of baking depends on the size of vegetables.
  2. Take potatoes out of the oven, open the tinfoil and cut each vegetable crosswise. Put butter inside and try to mix it with mashed potato mass inside the vegetable.
  3. For cooking the filling you need to grate cheese, mash 2 garlic cloves. Add sour cream, herbs and salt. Mix everything well. This baby-potato may be served in the tinfoil.
  4. If you used enough oil for covering vegetables before baking, they`ll be crunchy, and it won`t be difficult to unwrap potatoes.

If you think that potato is unsalty, next time stick vegetable several times before baking and roll it in salt. You may change the recipe by adding ham, chicken, mushrooms or vegetable salad to the traditional stuffing. Experiment with it and you`ll love this variety of tastes.
