Avocado Paste for Sandwiches

Instructions:
  1. Cut avocado in two pieces and get rid of the pit.
  2. Peel it.
  3. Grate avocado. This mass will be smooth.
  4. Grate cheese as well.
  5. Mash garlic or grate it.
  6. Mix all the ingredients and add sour cream, salt and lemon juice. In this case, your yummy paste will be tender and spicy.

Now your paste is ready. You may use it for cooking yummy sandwiches. If you like, add herbs, nuts, pomegranate seeds or shrimp.
