Instructions:
  1. For cooking this sauce you`ll need to choose ripe and soft guacamole.
  2. Cut it in two pieces and get rid of the pit.
  3. Mash the flesh. Cover this yummy mass with the lime or lemon juice. In this case the fruit won`t become darker.
  4. Wash tomato and cut it into cubes.
  5. Chop onion. It shouldn’t`t be bitter.
