  1. Prepare all the ingredients. Sweet potato is rich in vitamins and healthy microelements. That`s why it`s important to eat it in autumn and winter. It will fill you with the energy and positive emotions. For cooking yummy stew you may use both ripe and unripe vegetables.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into the pot. Add sliced mushrooms. Cook everything for 10-12 minutes. Peel potatoes and cut them into cubes. Add it into the pot and cook veggies for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Chop pepper and onion. Add these ingredients to sautéed veggies. Fry everything for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Cut tomatoes into cubes.
  5. Add boiled beans and cover the pan with the lid. Stew everything for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Then you need to add mashed garlic and carrot into the pot. Continue cooking everything for 3-5 minutes.
