Instructions:
  1. Cut meat and sausages into small pieces.
  2. Slice onion. Chop celery and chilli pepper. Fry vegetables on the pan with the oil together with mashed unpeeled garlic.
  3. Add meat and sausages. Mix everything carefully and fry.
  4. Pour white wine and wait until it disappears.
  5. Add soy sauce.
  6. Mix broth with tomato sauce. Liquid should cover meat. Then you`ll need to cover the pan with the lid and stew everything for 2 hours.
  7. 30 minutes before the end of cooking add juice of the 0.5 of the lemon. You may also add your favourite herbs.

Serve this yummy meal with white rice. Bon Appetite!
