Classical lean yoghurt

Wash tomatoes and cucumbers well. Cut off the edges of the each cucumber. Cut vegetables into cubes.
Chop fresh herbs.
Add vegetables and herbs into the pan. Add ground pepper and salt. Mix everything carefully.
Pour cold milk into the pan.
Add lean yoghurt.
Finally, add 2 tbsp pf vegetable oil into the pan and mix everything carefully.
Put the pan into the fridge for 20 minutes. When your cold dish is ready, pour the soup into the bowls and serve it with several cubes of ice. Bon Appetite!
