  1. Wash pepper carefully. Leave 2 vegetables. Peel the garlic.
  2. Get rid of the seeds and mix these two ingredients, using a powerful blender.
  3. Cut two vegetables into small pieces. Mix them with the rest of ingredients. Add vinegar, salt and sugar.
  4. Boil it for about ten minutes in the pan, covered with the lid.

You may also cook delicious green chili sauce. It is very easy to cook. All you need is to add fresh herbs. You may use basil, mint, parsley and mustard.
