Instructions:
  1. Wash and wipe arugula.
  2. Wash tomatoes and cut each one into 4 pieces.
  3. Grate hard cheese.
  4. Put arugula leaves into the plate.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes. Salt them. Add pepper and sprinkle your salad with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
  6. Finally add nuts.

And here are several pieces of advice. If you like, you may replace hard cheese with mozzarella. You may enrich the taste of the dish, adding shrimp or the mixture of olive oil and lemon juice.
