Instructions:
  1. Mix melted sugar with yolks, milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  2. Add flour and start making dough. Do not mix it for too long. Then put the dough into the fridge for a half an hour.
  3. Prepare delicious stuffing. Cut apple into the cubes. Sprinkle them with lemon juice. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon, lemon zest and semolina.
  4. Take 2/3 of the dough and put on the bottom of baking form. Use the edges of the dough to form bumpers. Use the rest of the dough to cover your cake. Put it into the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes at 356 degrees.
  5. When the pie is ready, leave it to cool down for several minutes.
