Instructions:
  1. Cover the bottom of the pan with the baking paper. Lubricate it with butter.
  2. Peel the apples and cut them into 4 pieces. Slice apple into thin petals.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients in a big bowl, using a whisk.
  4. Take another bowl and whip eggs with vanilla, vegetable oil and milk in it. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Mix the dry and liquid ingredients and pour them into the pan with the apples.
  6. Bake at 392 F for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile whip the eggs with the sugar and melted butter. Take the pan out of the oven and pour this mass on the top of the pie. Continue baking it for another 15 minutes.
