Apple Pie with Crunchy “Grid”
This pie is a perfect choice for a family evening. Cook it and eat with a cup of tea, enjoying this warm atmosphere.

Whip 1.5 egg (1 yolk will be used for lubricating the cake) with sugar, soft butter and sour cream/ Mix everything carefully.
Add baking soda, mixed with the vinegar.
Then you`ll need to add the dough and knead soft dough. Cover it with the plastic wrap and put it into the fridge.
Meanwhile cook apple filling. Peel apples, get rid of the core. Cut each apple into small cubes. Mix them with the sugar and stew until there is enough juice and your apples are soft. Turn off the fire; add cinnamon and leave this filling to cool down.
Divide the dough in 2 parts. Flatten one part. Put it into the tray.
Add the layer of apple filling.
Use the second part of the dough to form thin “threads”.
Decorate the pie with the “grid”. Cover the pie with whipped egg.
Bake yummy pie for 30 minutes at 356 F.
