Instructions:
  1. Take large bowl and mix fresh salad leaves with fresh arugula.
  2. In another bowl mix the dressing. Combine qualitative olive oil with balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic and spices to taste.
  3. Use the half of the dressing to cover salad.
  4. Top it with the slices of prosciutto and salami. As for the cheese, you can use mozzarella, goat cheese or something more Italian-style. Add pitted olives, thin slices of red bell pepper and halves of tomatoes. Add more dressing to make this salad tastier.
  5. Serve it immediately. This dish is definitely best eaten fresh!
