Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cover baking pan with the oil.
  2. Cook delicious rich gravy. Mix cream with 1 cup of milk and water. Add chopped parsley. If you like, you can also add sautéed mushrooms to the rest of ingredients. Set it aside and get down to work with the rest of ingredients.
  3. Cook flat steak patties. Put lean ground beef into the bowl. Get rid of unnecessary fat. This will make your dish greasy.
  4. Add breadcrumbs to the pan with meat. Pour in milk and sprinkle everything with dry herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix everything carefully and form large patties. They shouldn`t be too thin.
  6. Cover each patty with the flour. Preheat the frying pan with olive oil and cook patties for 2-4 minutes from both sides.
  7. Transfer all the patties to the prepared baking pan. Pour creamy gravy over all the patties. Cover baking pan with the tinfoil.
  8. Reduce the heat to minimum and cook patties for an hour until dish is ready.

Serve this dish warm or hot. Serve delicious patties with gravy. You can add a side dish to your taste: baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, rice or any of your favorite salads.

 If there are some leftovers, you can store them in the fridge for 2-3 days. That will not spoil the taste of your meal. Bon Appetit!
