Instructions:
  1. Before cooking yummy zucchini fritters, wash vegetables well. I suggest you to choose zucchini with thin zest and without any damages. Keep them in the fridge for not more than one week.
  2. Chop garlic with the sharp knife. If you like your food to be hot, add more than one clove.
  3. Wash dill and chop it as well. I like to add lots of greens. So I chop one big beam of dill.
  4. Break eggs into the bowl and whip them with the whisk or fork.
  5. Mix egg mass with the dill and garlic.
  6. Grate the zucchini.
  7. Put grated vegetable into the bowl with eggs and mix everything once again.
  8. Add three tablespoons of wheat flour and mix everything one more time.
  9. Add black pepper and salt. Mix the dough. Now it`s ready.
  10. It`s recommended to add salt right before frying pancakes. Otherwise, the dough will be too liquid.
  11. Find a frying pan and preheat it.
  12. Cover the pan with vegetable oil.
  13. When it`s preheated, start forming pancakes. Fry them from both sides until they have crunchy crust. I suggest to cook thin patties.
  14. These tender and delicious pancakes may be served with sour cream.
