  1. For cooking one of the most amazing salads, you need to boil one chicken leg first of all.
  2. Put it into the pan with salty water and boil chicken leg, until it`s ready. Leave it to cool down, then get rid of skin and bone and cut it into small cubes.
  3. By the way, you may use any other type of meat or sausage instead of poultry.
  4. Boil 4 eggs for ten minutes and leave them to cool too. You may also add a pinch of salt into the pan for the eggs not to crack.
  5. Put cut chicken into the deep bowl.
  6. Peel the eggs and cut into cubes.
  7. Wash fresh cucumbers, cut off bitter edges and cut the main part into small cubes.
  8. Wash green onion and chop it.
  9. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl.
