Instructions:
  1. Cut chicken breast into cubes. Fill the pan with olive oil and preheat it. Put chicken into the pan and fry everything for 2 minutes. Add garlic and mint and cook everything for 2 minutes. Slow down the fire. Add vinegar, juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Stew this dish until it`s ready.
  2. Wash spinach leaves and wipe them, using a paper towel. Cut orange into cubes.
  3. Fill the bowl with spinach leaves, orange, warm chicken and yummy sauce. Mix everything carefully.
  4. Put this salad into 4 plates and decorate each portion with pieces of cheese.
