Amazing Rainbow Cake


If you`re going to organize a birthday party for your child, here is the main delicacy for the festive meal. This unusual and delicious rainbow cake will amuse your child.   1. Sift wheat flour through the sieve. Add salt, baking powder and mix everything well.
  2. Put butter and sugar into the bowl of the blender and whip these ingredients for 4 minutes as well. There should be light mass in the bowl.The butter you whip shouldn`t be cold, perfect temperature is 70-75 degrees.
  3. Then add eggs one by one. Whip each egg for 1-2 minutes.

  11. Bake it into the oven preheated to 356 degrees for 20-25 minutes.Stick the dough with the toothpick to check whether it`s ready. It should be clean and dry.
  12. When you take the form out of the oven, leave it for five minutes to cool down.Then take it out of the form and wait until it`s cold. And here is one more advice: cover cold sponge cake with plastic wrap and put it into the fridge.
  13. Bake the rest of sponge cakes. If you have several forms, you will cope with the task quicker.
  14. Now it`s time to cook the cream. It should be prepared beforehand.
  15. Cut white chocolate into small pieces and put them into the bowl. Boil a half of the cream and add them into the bowl as well.
  16. Mix everything until chocolate melts.
  17. Then add second part of the cream (it should be warm) and mix until there is a smooth mass in the bowl.
  18. Cover this cream with the plastic wrap and put the bowl into the fridge for 6 hours or even for the whole night.This cream should be very cold when you start whipping it.Use mixer to turn it into the thick mass.Do not whip it for too long.
  19. Now it`s time to form the cake.
  20. Cut off the top of each layer for it to be smooth. If the edges are too ruddy, cut them off as well. All six layers should be prepared.
  21. Cover each layer with the cream and form a pie. Don`t forget about the right order.
  22. Though there isn`t much cream, you`ll easily cope with this work. Cream layers should be thin.
  23. If you want to decorate the cake, cook another portion of the cream.You may also decorate it with berries or even use mastic.
