Amazing pies with eggs and green onion

Today I`ll teach you to cook amazing pies with eggs and green onion. This pastry is very tasty and soft. One more plus is that they are filled with the big amount of stuffing. You won`t waste much time on cooking this dish. Therefore, this is one of the easiest ways to cook yummy pastry. Moreover, they are baked and much healthier than those, cooked in the pan are.

Instructions:
  1. First, you need to prepare all the ingredients. All of them should be warm. Slowly melt butter in the bowl.
  2. Preheat the oven to 96-100 degrees. This is perfect temperature for adding dry yeast. By the way, you may use yoghurt instead. In this case, your pastry will also be healthy.
  3. When you`re making the dough, you need to work quickly. Mix milk, dry yeast and sugar in the bowl. Sugar and yeast should melt.
  4. Then add melted butter and mix everything one more time. This mass should be very smooth.
  5. Sift the flour through the sieve and add it into the bowl as well. Slowly mix this mass for it to become thicker. Dust the table with the flour and continue mixing the dough with your hands. It should be elastic, soft and non-sticky.
  6. Form a ball and cover it with plastic wrap. Leave it for 20 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile cook the stuffing. Actually, you may use any ingredients for cooking this dish. It shouldn`t be raw. In this case you`ll cook them quicker. I recommend you to use fresh stuffing – combination of boiled eggs and green onion.
  8. Boil eggs in the salty water for 5 minutes and cut them into small cubes.
  9. Chop onion.
  10. Mix everything and add salt to taste. You may add black pepper to make this dish more fragrant. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the bowl. In this case the filling won`t be too dry.
  11. Take the dough and divide it into equal parts.
  12. You won`t need neither knife, nor flour. Just tore the dough. It`s soft and non-sticky. So you won`t have problems while doing it.
  13. Form small balls and flatten them. Fill each circle with the stuffing.
  14. Make little pies. You may choose any form you like.
  15. I recommend you to cook these pies in the oven. However, you may fry them in the big amount of oil. Put all these pies into the tray, covered with baking paper. You may lubricate it with butter. There should be enough space between all the pies as they`ll grow in size.
  16. Cover all the pies with whipped egg.
  17. Bake them in the preheated oven at 392 degrees for 20-25 minutes. These pies will be ruddy and very good-looking.
