Instructions:
  1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 F. Cover baking pan with the parchment. Lubricate it with butter if needed.
  2. Take middle-sized bowl and mix dry ingredients in it. Combine flour with baking powder and salt. Set the bowl with dry ingredients aside.
  3. Now take another bowl and whisk butter with sugar in it. Beat everything for about 3 minutes until the mass is creamy and tender.
  4. Add 2 egg whites and 1 egg. Whisk everything for 1 more minute. Stir in lean yogurt and add vanilla to taste.
  5. Stir in half of the flour mix. Beat everything for a minute again. Add another half of the mass.
  6. Take 3 ripe bananas and mash them carefully in the middle-sized bowl. Add this tender sweet mass to the bowl with the dough.
  7. Now divide this mass into 3 parts. Fill 3 baking pans with the batter and bake everything for 30-40 minutes. Check whether the dough is ready using a wooden toothpick.
  8. Leave the cake to cool down for about 10 minutes.
  9. In the meantime, melt 1 chocolate bar. We recommend using dark chocolate to make perfect dessert.
  10. Fill small saucepan with cold heavy cream. Heat it stirring constantly. Add 3 tablespoons of butter and melt it. It should be mixed with cream. Now take the saucepan from the oven. Mix it with melted chocolate.
  11. Use electric mixer to beat everything carefully for several minutes. Place the bowl with chocolate mass into the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Stir this mass each 5 minutes for the mass to remain soft and tender.
  12. Now you need to make amazing salted caramel. Take another saucepan and melt sugar in it. Stir everything constantly for sugar not to burn. When it dissolves, add butter. Continue stirring everything until butter melts as well.
  13. Add 2 tablespoons of cream. Mix everything one more time. Cook your caramel for 2-3 minutes. Now take the pan out of the oven add salt. We recommend using sea salt. Leave everything to cool down completely.
  14. Finally, cook tender dark chocolate cream. Mix the leftovers of butter with sugar powder and cocoa powder. Beat everything using a powerful mixer. Add another portion of melted chocolate. Add the leftovers of the cream. Whisk everything for additional 3 minutes to make this cream smooth.
  15. Now you can get down to forming and decoration your cake. The process is very easy. Place the first layer of the cake on the large plate. Cake it with a portion of chocolate frosting. Add another layer and repeat this process. Do until all the layers are covered with tender chocolate ganache. Cover the edges of your dessert with this mass as well. When you`re done, leave the cake in the fridge for 20 minutes to cool down.
  16. Now decorate your dessert with dark chocolate cream. You can also add chocolate chips or chocolate shaving. It`s also a good idea to use thin slices of fresh bananas. Finally, cover the top and the edges of your dessert with salty caramel. Add sea salt to taste if needed.
