I want to share with you this perfect chocolate sponge cake. It`s easy to cook and very tender, You`ll like its rich chocolate taste and colour. It`s really easy to cut this cake into 2,3 or 4 pieces. Meanwhile, it`s not necessary to soak the layers with any liquid.

Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients. Mix the flour with cocoa and baking powder and sift these ingredients through the sieve. Boil water in the cattle. You`ll need 2-3 tablespoons of water to prepare the coffee and 2 tablespoons to add into the bowl with the dough.
  2. Whip warm eggs in the bowl with sugar for 10 minutes.
  3. There will be light soft mass in the bowl.

  5. Add a half of all dry ingredients into the bowl with eggs.
  6. Mix everything carefully. Do the same with the second part of the dough.
  7. Add warm coffee into the bowl.
  8. Bake the dough in the form, covered with baking paper. Cook it for 35-40 minutes at 356 degrees. Leave it to cool down in the form.
