Instructions:
  1. Mix warm water with sugar, salt, 1 tbsp of the flour. Add yeast. Mix everything carefully and cover the bowl with the towel. Leave this liquid for 15-20 minutes in the warm place.
  2. Sift the flour through the sieve. Add water with yeast into the bowl. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  3. Put this soft and non-sticky dough into the clean bowl, covered with the vegetable oil. Cover it with the towel and leave in the warm place for one hour.
  4. Flatten the dough.
  5. Cut out small circles. Cover them with the napkin and leave for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Heat oil in the pan and cook donuts in it. You`ll waste 2-3 minutes on it.
  7. When these donuts are ready, put them on the paper towel to get rid of extra fat.

You need to carefully monitor the texture of the dough for donuts, because if it turns out too dense and heavy, the finished products will lose their airiness as soon as you remove them from the pan. To avoid such trouble, in the final stages of the kneading, add flour to the dough in a tablespoon, trying not to overload the billet with it.
