Fried Pies With Meat
Homemade pies are always the best. Especially when they are filled with meat. Here is the simple recipe for you.

- Wash onion and peel it. Chop it quickly.
- Peel garlic and chop it as well.
- Add minced meat and mix it with onion and garlic. Add 3-4 tablespoons of water. Mix everything carefully.
- Sift the flour through the sieve. Add dry yeast.
- Then you need to add salt, sugar, vegetable oil and warm water (or milk). Mix everything carefully, using a spoon. Knead the dough.
- Cover the bowl with the towel and leave it in the warm place for 40-50 minutes.
- Work with the dough again and divide this ball into small pieces. Leave them for 20 minutes.
- Flatten each piece and fill it with the meat.
- Form small triangles.
- Preheat the oil in the big pan and start frying pies. You`ll need to cook them for 3-4 minutes.
When your snack is ready, put little pies on the paper towel to get rid of extra oil.
