Instructions:
  1. Wash onion and peel it. Chop it quickly.
  2. Peel garlic and chop it as well.
  3. Add minced meat and mix it with onion and garlic. Add 3-4 tablespoons of water. Mix everything carefully.
  4. Sift the flour through the sieve. Add dry yeast.
  5. Then you need to add salt, sugar, vegetable oil and warm water (or milk). Mix everything carefully, using a spoon. Knead the dough.
  6. Cover the bowl with the towel and leave it in the warm place for 40-50 minutes.
  7. Work with the dough again and divide this ball into small pieces. Leave them for 20 minutes.
  8. Flatten each piece and fill it with the meat.
  9. Form small triangles.
  10. Preheat the oil in the big pan and start frying pies. You`ll need to cook them for 3-4 minutes.

When your snack is ready, put little pies on the paper towel to get rid of extra oil.
