Instructions:
  1. First, cook easy dough. Chop frozen butter into large chunks. Transfer them to the large bowl. Add all-purpose flour and mix everything carefully. Mix everything until the dough has sandy texture.
  2. Whisk an egg and stir it into the bowl with the dough. Add 1 tablespoon of ice cold water. Mix everything one more time and form a tight ball. Cover it with the plastic wrap carefully.
  3. Transfer it to the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Now you need to preheat the oven to 400 F.
  5. Preheat the frying pan with the oil. Add chopped onion into the pan and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Now add grated carrot, green peas and dry herbs. Mix everything carefully and cook for 2-3 minutes for the vegetables to become soft. If you like, you can use frozen peas as well.
  7. Mash canned potatoes and add them to the pan as well. If you like, you can replace them with ordinary tomato paste. Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything one more time and add spices to taste.
  8. Add minced meat, mix all the ingredients and cook everything for 10 minutes. Now your filling is ready.
  9. Grease baking pan with butter. Roll the dough and divide it in two parts. Transfer the first layer to the pan. Form even edges.
  10. Fill this form with the meat filling. Cover everything with the second layer of the dough. If you like, you can decorate everything with the leftovers of the dough. Bake delicious meat pie for 40 minutes. It will become very tasty and crispy.
