Spinach cream soup is really amazing dish. It`s very tender, soft and light. All these soups are usually cooked in summer when there is a lot of fresh spinach in the shops and on the market. However, you may cook yummy meal even when it`s still cold outside. For this purpose I recommend you to use frozen spinach.

Instructions:
  1. Peel roots and chop them. Sprinkle these ingredients with the lemon juice for them not to get darkened.
  2. Cut the rest of the vegetables into pieces.
  3. Saute roots in the frying pan.
  4. Preheat the pan with boiling water. Add vegetables into the pan. In 10 minutes you should add the roots and spices. Cook everything until the dish is ready.
  5. Finally, mash all the ingredients, using blender.

Pour cream into the pan and serve this dish in the small bowls. Bon Appetite!
